Situated in the leafy suburb of Morningside in Durban, Holland House is perfectly nestled between Innes rd and Wallace Rd. Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend away or a family-friendly vacation, the city of Durban offers a wide variety of activities and Holland House provides the ideal home base.

Holland House Bed and Breakfast offers nine luxurious rooms, each with its own unique character and theme. The rooms are spacious and refined, with classical artwork and furniture throughout.

Our guests are always greeted with a warm welcome and can enjoy a variety of complimentary amenities during their stay, including wireless internet, and safe off road parking.

Within a mere 600 m walk from Holland House, Florida Road boasts over 2km of restaurants, pubs, clubs, art galleries and eclectic little shops. Florida Road should definitely be on your to-do list when visiting Durban.

We were told to rather steer clear of Durban, but I am so grateful we did not listen. Holland House exceeded all of our expectations. Durban still has so much to offer. Holland House is conveniently located a few 100 metres from the bustling Florida Road. So many restaurants to choose from. Walking there at night with the wonderful vibe was amazing. The property itself is also so close to so many other attractions. It has safe parking and and the best pool. We made sure to go for a dip in the warm Durban summer every afternoon. It is clean and well decorated. It has a colonial charm, which encapsulates some of the history of Durban and gives you the old Durban feel. The breakfast was amazing and we were personally catered for each morning by the owner and several staff. The atmosphere at the property is friendly and energetic, but with sufficient privacy should you just like a quiet holiday. And nothing was too much to ask. Thank you for an amazing stay!

From the moment we arrived Marelize made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Marelize was also helpful in checking out tours and massages for us. Would recommend two thumbs up!

Comfortable old school glam! Had a wonderful big room with a lovely bathroom. So quiet at night I had all the windows open. The breakfast is delicious. Special shout out to Maggie the cook, who makes a yummy breakfast to order. I swam every day I was there (which turned out to be longer than planned as I waited to pick up a car I'd bought). Will definitely stay again if I'm in Durban.
